After waiting six long years Fircom has reopened. April 29, 2012 will mark the end of our pilot year. Come celebrate all that has happened. Heavily subsidized at only $10, the grand re-opening will be an amazing opportunity to enjoy the beauty of Fircom. Participants will get their canoe certification and two days of practicing paddling together. Fundraising training sessions will be offered as well as planning for the BBQ party to celebrate the paddlethon touch down in downtown Vancouver on June 23, 2012! Fircom has a sustainable micro-agriculture farm only footsteps from our beautiful new dining hall. Neil Carrodus, Farm Coordinator, will teach you how to grow good veggies while Head Chef, Ana-Luz Cobon, explains the intracecies of making food with love.
