Application Procedures
The Camp Fircom Registration Form can be found on our Programs page. Please feel free to print it, fill it in and mail it or fax it to us by using the information on our Contact page. We do not have the capacity to take applications on line at this time.
If you can not print off the registration form, please telephone the office. Leave your name, full mailing address, city and postal code and a form will be mailed to you.
Payment Options
To register and confirm your camping choice, a non-refundable deposit of $50.00 is required with your completed application form.
Campers applying for campership assistance must complete the appropriate portion of the registration form. Alternate payment plans and campership assistance can be arranged by contacting the Camp Registrar.

Payment may be made in cash, by cheque, Visa or MasterCard.
Refund Policy
A deposit of $50.00 is required to secure a camper's spot at Camp Fircom. The deposit is non-refundable and is applied to the payment of the camp fees. Full payment, post-dated payment or arrangements for campership assistance must be made with the Registrar at least three weeks prior to the camping session.
Campers unable to attend a session will receive a refund, less the $50.00 non-refundable deposit, provided they notify the Camp Registrar at least seven days prior to the start of their camp session. No refunds will be made after this time.
Transportation
Transportation is provided for all campers as part of the camping fees. Campers begin their camp experience aboard the M.V. Gulfstream II at the Plaza of Nations Marina, in downtown Vancouver.
For campers from the Sunshine Coast and Howe Sound Area, water taxi transportation is available from Horseshoe Bay for an additional fee of $29.00. If you require this service please state this on your application form and include payment at the time you register.
